i can agree in a way, but Saddam Hussein i dont think can be lumped into the serial killer category. yes what he did was serial killing essentially, but i dont think he did it so much for the same reason that someone like Jeffrey Dahmer did, i think he did it more because he could and no one would fight back. Dahmer did it because he was fucked in the head.
