I doubt before Inquisition got popular that you would have said that. I'm not a huge fan personally but some of their music is alright. In the 90s, you wouldn't have called them trendy hipster music. I agree that they need more elitism in black metal to avoid hipster sounding bands but the bands you mentioned aren't really hipster bands and don't include hipsters in those bands. You should have named bands like WITTR, Deafheaven, etc. etc
