my german ist über bad so I get the jist of it, but here's a translastion:
So, here is now a Doppelreview of two somewhat older publications of the American Brutalo Deather BANE OF EXISTENCE, which will bring out probably still this year their debut album. Called demo from 2001 is geil. Five times typically American Brutalogemetzel, times fast, times groovend somewhere between more modern Acts like DISGORGE (US) and SKINLESS, old heroes of the mark MEASURE ACRE, SUFFOCATION (from "Human Waste") and MONSTROSITY with a shot BRUTALLY TRUTH. Here the elbow of brutal, modern club parts is sent to too partially sluggish old School Gestampfe over Florida riffing strained, and the mixture functions outstanding. The Vocals is extremely brutal, is however never monotonous, separates changes between typical Frog Noise singing and fat Grunzen, now and then times supported from Kreischeinlagen. Grunzkroete Doug needs on this release behind the large singers of the category like the olle Barnes to hide franc Mullen and Matti Way in no case. With the photographs the ex-DISRUPT-Drummer was (!!!!) Randy Odierno as bassist also at the start and also production for a self-its own demo extremely by the way succeeded there - the sound of guitar is so geil, deep and fat - it gets probably earned here (10.5 points).
I find the 2-Track-Promo 2002, which probably so a kind Appetizer to the Full Lenght album "Humanity's appearing soon split pin-talk Salvation" to be is rather conventional and boring in contrast to the really coolen debut. One increased in things sound by a multiple, however I do not find the 2 Songs in such a way hit. On the one hand both pieces with guessed/advised over 5 minutes my opinion are to for a long time in each case, since one moves this year now almost exclusively within the Midtempo range, and only completely rarely the speed varies. There are only two club parts on the Promo (!!!) and seems the Drummer to be also still overloaded. The singing is not also more so brutal and rather monotonous. Mega+boringly! With "Iconoclast" it by the way acts around a new, bad version of the Songs of the same name of debut demo. Since the whole thing resembles now only like a mixture from slower SKINLESS (and in the first Song on my account out DEVOURMENT without fires in the ass) and SIX FEET UNDER, I do not get the feeling free, which one wanted to jump up around a disk contract too ergattern times so evenly on an announced trend with. According to my opinion a clear step back. Pfui. (4.5 points) |
