they are on a mac with a tablet and this is a labs build so I'm guessing it's an 8-core mac pro.

that is an awesome feature. we just got cs4 at work and my favorite new feature is the content aware scaling. i got a texas-sized boner when i found out about that feature.

I just came. This is beyond impressive. I can't wait for the auto meme tool that inserts witty captions and mudkips into my graphics.

Content aware scaling was in CS3.

This should have been included ages ago. Can't wait to not be arsed with overcropping panoramas. Really looking forward to how this will clean up stitching as well.

I have CS3 open right now and I don't see any content aware scaling. I do believe you mean CS4 Rev.

oh man, photography is vastly becoming so user-friendly that in another hundred years technology will probably be able to negate the need for a pro-photographer.

I heard there are now cameras being developed that take two pictures, add them, and balance the light and dark for you

Instant HDR is becoming an option with camera processing speeds becoming faster. My next cam will have that feature built in, but right now it's out of my price range. This opens the doors for HDR scenes with objects that aren't stationary or extremely slow moving. Just imagine... HDR photography on a windy day!

What does this new feature do? I'm on my cell and cant watch you tube :(

It works in some situations, like here where I had to fill in some brickwork on the lower right and some tiles on the roof. So yeah, it helps with patterns if you get it from the right angle. It won't turn a pooter into a wang...

Been using CS5 and CS3 simultaneously lately. So far I like how they incorporated adjustment layers into palettes, but entering data in manually sometimes affects transparency if you don't click on it just right. Also, paths are a lot harder to see for some reason, especially on gray artwork. And don't even get me started on Illustrator CS5. Hate that shit.
